The first proper solo album from producer/singer/songwriter Mike Post, The Crunch was recorded over 8 years and in 4 different studios, including his own studio MooseCat Recording in Los Angeles, Abbey Road Studios in London, Loho Studios in New York and Red Rockets Glare in LA and Portland. A departure from his other projects, Post’s solo effort draws from more traditional folk influences, while still delivering a range of styles including indie folk, rock, and pop. Post contemplates themes of time, loss, and love, and is sure to pull on your mind and heart strings.
The album will see a special Cassette Week release via Nomad Eel Records Oct 17th, and the full album is out as of November 17th, 2020.
